About Dr. Beltran

Dr. Beltran is Board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Beltran completed his Internal Medicine Residency at The University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine; where he served as the chief resident and also completed his Fellowships in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine.

Currently, Dr. Beltran is the Chairman of the Pulmonary Medicine Section at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center and the co-director of the Intensive Care Unit at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro. Dr. Beltran is also a member of the American College Chest Physicians, the American College of Physician, the American Thoracic Society and the Society of Critical Care Medicine.  Dr. Beltran is an advocate for clinical improvement projects that improve Intensive Care Unit outcomes. He promotes the importance of cultural competency within our medical profession, and promotes cultural awareness through education in and out of the medical arena.
